Is the Niche Builder Elite worth it?

Niche Builder Elite from Carl Brandon is a piece of software to help you create an unlimited number of well monetized, search engine friendly and professional dynamic websites even if you don't know web design.

For a small outlay of only $27 you can purchase this money making product online. The idea is that with the Niche Builder Elite software you can generate an unlimited number of money making websites in just few clicks of a mouse.

It also enables you to display eBay live auction listings on every page of the site directly from eBay, using your eBay Partner Network. You can also add Google Adsense, Amazon and Banner advertising as other potential income streams.

The one good thing about the Niche Builder Elite sales page is that it mentions the server requirements. This software requires Php4 or higher, MySql Database and Linux platform. Hostgator is the most compatible website hosting for this software. It all meant nothing to me but the hosting company were good enough to help me.

Although it sound great to be able to add live auction eBay listings to your site it does not take into account that it is now almost impossible to be accepted into the eBay Partner Network! I have been trying for months. So this option is wasted on my sites. Also you have to remember that Google frowns upon multiple site creation. Placing Adsense adverts on brand new sites is also not advisable as Google will invariably assume that they are Adsense ready-made sites and penalise them.

Having taken all of the above into account I did create over 25 sites very quickly. They have now been hosted for about four months but I am still waiting for my first sign of an income!

Niche Builder Elite may work out for you but it did not work out for me.
