My Profit Site
What do you get with My Profit Site?

rating:
The My Profit Site from Jeff Jackson makes a big issue of
the fact that a Wal-Mart worker makes more than the CEO with just one website and invite you to discover how you
too could make thousands of dollars using his website.
The Myprofitsite sales page has the usual big promises and images of big
cheque payouts and money earnt but does not tell you exactly what you will have to do to achieve those big
numbers.
Some clues are given by the five video case studies. It appears that it
will involve selling other people's products using a website. Apparently too, all you have to do is wave a magic
wand and you will be earning the big numbers! It all sounded too good to be true but I bought the My Profit Site package online. It only took a couple of minutes and
I was then able to see what I was getting for my money. Once my payment was confirmed,
I was sent to a members page called "Cashfromyourkeyboard". This page is where you control every aspect of the
My Profit Site package.
The first item you see is the "Welcome" note from Jeff Jackson informing me
of the great choice I had made and that selling eBooks was the best possible online money making home business
opportunity. I thought that selling e-books was rather out-of-date, but never mind.
The next section is entitled "Get Your Free Website". There is a link for
you to click to get your free website. When clicked it will take you to a third party site "Home Website Center"
where you have to fill in more of your details to get the free website. Why couldn't the website be offered
directly from the My Profit Site? In this section there is mention of a video tutorial but there was none to be
found on the page!
Next comes a section called "Get Your Website Traffic". Here you are told
of the importance of website traffic and that you should submit your site to the search engines. There is a link
for you to click and when you do it will take you to another third party site "Instant Customers" where you are
asked to pay a further $49.95 to have your site submitted to the search engines. This you could do yourself for
free from various sites on the Internet!
The other item which annoyed me was that the navigation drop-down menus
kept disappearing before I had a chance to click on them. The site contained some "Beginners, Intermediate and
advanced training items as well as the usual bonuses.
To say that I was disappointed with the My Profit Website
package is an understatement. Perhaps it will work for you but it did absolutely nothing for me and I shall be
asking for a full refund.
