Cash Duck
You’d have to be ‘quackers’ to pass this one up. It’s just ducky

Surely you’ve seen all of the scam ads that claim that you’ll win a PS3, a year’s supply of gas, or some other ludicrous prize just for filling out an online survey. These obviously fall squarely in the “too good to be true” category, as you’re never going to get any of the prizes listed on those ads… but what if you could at least get something from the time that you spend looking at them?
That’s where Cash Duck comes in to play. By going through the sponsored offers at Cash Duck, you can work your way toward interesting prizes as well as gift certificates and cash. All that you have to do is complete those same offers that you always thought nothing would ever come from (and otherwise wouldn’t.)
There are a number of websites out there that do essentially the same thing, but Cash Duck is better than most if not all of them. Many of the other sites have a large number of dissatisfied members who aren’t getting credited for the offers or who have otherwise been scammed; Cash Duck is legit.
I originally signed up for it back when it was in a previous incarnation (back when they offered money and prizes, though the prizes took a lot longer to get) and I actually did make money. Now that they’ve switched to the prize/gift certificate business model, it actually works better than it did back then.
Here’s a rundown of how it works. You sign up (for free) and go through all of the sponsored offers that they have. You follow their link, complete the offer (both free surveys and paid trials/rebates), and receive the appropriate number of “feathers” for the offer (which can then be exchanged for the prizes) as well as a cash amount for any rebate offers that you do.
Once you’ve reached the number of feathers required for the prize that you want, you simply select it and it’s sent off to you on the next redemption date. There are even a number of opportunities which let you get even more feathers, such as daily surveys that are worth 10 feathers a piece.
Cash Duck also has a referral system, so that you get extra feathers based on signups which were generated with your referral code. Some people don’t like the thought of trying to get others to sign up for sites, though, and that’s been taken care of. If you would like referral members without having to try and get others to sign up, you can use some of your feathers to “buy” referrals… a new member who has signed up without a referral code will be added to your referral network and you’ll get a portion of their earnings. There’s no limit to the number of referrals that you can have.
Some people might be put off by the prize system at first, but once you get used to it and see what you can get with it you’ll find that it’s actually quite nice. There are a multitude of gift certificates that you can get, and if you’re ordering large certificates you can even get them for less feathers than it would take to get the smaller ones. Feathers can build up fast, so you can quickly build up to the prizes you want.
